TrayProdder is a lightweight, free tool for Windows XP that could be really useful. Imagine you are selecting some photos to move to another folder, and these photos are within thousands of others. Normally you select them all by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on them all. But what happens if you click on a photo and delete the rest by mistake? Start again? What a waste. Better if you try it with TrayProdder.
What this program does is insert a selection tray next to the files, making it unnecessary to use the Ctrl key, which you normally would have to hold down. TrayProdder needs no installation, although you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or later.
